Back again!

Breakfast
Had a day off today. Decided to use my Christmas gift from the roomie: A toaster that poaches (or hard boils) eggs and heats up sausages. It was awesome and this was the result. A poached egg with chicken apple sausage on top of a whole wheat english muffin.

Strawberries that I dipped in sugar.

Lunch

Decided to skip lunch and go to church instead.

Dinner
I was going to cook ground turkey with vegetables but ended up steaming my vegetables separately and wanting to make spaghetti. Well I was too lazy to make the noodles so I decided to just make it like sloppy joes instead. So I toasted some whole wheat hamburger buns.

Steamed broccoli that I dipped in rice vinegar. And in the bottom was steamed sugar snap peas that reminded me of edamame. Yummy greens.

Weekend Hiatus

Sorry folks didn't take pictures and don't really remember what I ate because I attended a friend's funeral and it was raining. But I started all over again on Monday.

TGIFriday!-

Breakfast
To continue the sweet/salty craving I got instant oatmeal and popcorn. Yes, popcorn.

Lunch

Sweet apple chicken sausage on a whole wheat bun from trader joes. The sauce was ketchup, deli mustard, and relish all mixed together. Yum.

Dinner
Hung out with some friends after work at BJ's to enjoy some pizza and beer. Sorry for the blurry pictures. Someone was buzzed :). This was the buffalo wings we ate.

BBQ chicken pizza which was really good.

the lazyness is getting to me

Breakfast
Instant oatmeal and Greek chocolate.

Snacked on some rice crackers provided by the roomie.

Lunch

Ate lunch out with a friend. Had sushi but I was too hungry and it was rainy so I got lazy to take pictures. But I had 2 rolls.

Dinner
Played basketball with the guys and went to IHOP afterward. I was craving something salty and sweet. So I got a belgian waffle sandwhich. Horrible I know but it was good. It had scrambled eggs and turkey sausage.

too much food

breakfast
Bowl of maple brown sugar instant oatmeal and the left over lemon bar. off to a bad start

Lunch
We ordered Indian food for our free lunch wednesday today. Those 2 huge fried things were meat samosas. I could only eat one. Let's see there's nan with chicken tikka masala, some vegetable curry thing and fried vegetable pakoras that was a disappointment.

My coworker brought chocolate back from Greece. It was weird because it was like coconut grainy on the inside with a hard chocolate shell with hazelnuts.

A "Real" chocolate covered cherry. See this chocolate thing just won't go away.

Dinner
Bumped into some friends at church and decided to go to a buffet place in Foster City called Hokkaido. Apparently it's like Todai but better. And surprising it was. It's still buffet. Not a big fan of the buffet. There's lobster, cucumber, raddish, 3 muscles, green beans, general tso's chicken, and 5 pieces of sushi.

2 more pieces of nigiri, hot and sour soup, and 2 custard tart things.

I just ate too many things today. Must be good tomorrow or play extra hard during basketball. Peeezy!

Finally, all caught up

Ok I have to confess I must've sneaked 2 of these chocolate things today. I'm bad I know.

Breakfast
Back to my great one bowl of apple cinnamon instant oatmeal. yum.

What the roomie won at the white elephant during our lab holiday lunch. Had to try it because she said it wasn't that good.

Lunch
Had lunch with my friends in South San Francisco at a Vietnamese restaurant. Super shady and hole in the wall but I had some pretty damn good Pho.

Dinner
Went to whole foods because it was close by to dance practice. Got the mango curry chicken on top of brown rice and a lemon bar. They only charged me for my brown rice (.66 cents) and the lemon bar was $1.99. But as you can see in the picture the real cost of the food. So I only payed like 2 bucks for my dinner. Woohoo!

There I'm all caught up on my entries now. I promise to be better with the pictures.

Happy Birthday Mom!

Breakfast
More left over omelette with tomato, onion and eggplant op top of rice.

I'm totally craving chocolate. Milk chocolate macadamia nuts and Little Debbie swiss rolls.

Dinner
We decided to skip lunch so we could have a big dinner for my mom's birthday. We went to PF Chang's. We started off with chicken lettuce wraps, of course.

Wanton soup that tasted like a filipino dish called tinola.

Sorry for the poor quality the restaurant was dark. So starting from the left and going clockwise I had brown rice, oolong seabass, double pan fried noodles with chicken and pork, eggplant with ground chicken, and their version of honey walnut prawns.

For dessert we had (starting in the foreground) a great wall of chocolate, a lemon tart, and acarrot cake (that my mom took from the table while I was in the middle of taking the picture).
